GYAA recreational softball is for 5-18 year olds.  Divisions are Fawns (5-7, coach pitch), Lassies (8-10), Juniors (11-13) and Seniors (14-18).  The age cut-off is January 1.  The season generally consists of 12-14 games and twice-weekly practices beginning in early March and running through mid June. 

Registration for recreational softball will open on Nov. 15th for Germantown residents.  Non-residents can begin registering on Dec. 1 (a City-mandated non-resident fee will apply).  Call or go to the GYAA office for more information (map).  Office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
